Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia ( CGCC ) and the Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility ( CGIF ) have agreed to accelerate riel-denominated bond market development in Cambodia and elsewhere in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations ( Asean ).
